Property Accountant (CPA Pre-approved Program)

Allied is looking for a Property Accountant to join our CPA Pre-approved Program. In this role, you will manage the full accounting cycle of a portfolio of commercial properties and make financial decisions that benefit our communities with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Active pursuit of the CPA designation
• University degree or equivalent
• Strong interest in the field of commercial real estate, accounting & finance
• An assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently or under supervision
• A collaborative worker and effective team player
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Resilience, passion and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for the results
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset
