Valuation Accountant (CPA Pre-approved Program)

We are looking for a Valuation Accountant to join our CPA Pre-approved Program. The role involves supporting the property evaluation process through in-depth testing and analysis, and requires strong interest in commercial real estate, accounting, and finance. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, collaborative, and analytical individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results.

Requirements

• Active pursuit of the CPA designation
• University degree or equivalent
• Strong interest in the field of commercial real estate, accounting & finance
• Assertive self-starter with the ability to work independently or under supervision
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Resilience, passion and a commitment to deliver and be accountable for the results
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
