The Specialist, Activations role is responsible for bringing The Well to life through engaging, high-impact experiences that drive traffic, strengthen partnerships and elevate the property's reputation as a leading destination. The role involves delivering and elevating brand activations, events and specialty leasing initiatives across The Well, ensuring each experience contributes to a dynamic and highly curated environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in events, activations or experiential marketing
- Post-secondary education in marketing, events or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with external partners, agencies or brands to deliver high-quality activations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Acrobat
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event delivery
