The Specialist, Activations role at Allied involves bringing The Well to life through engaging experiences, driving traffic, strengthening partnerships, and elevating the property's reputation as a leading destination.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in events, activations, or experiential marketing
• Post-secondary education in marketing, events, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working with external partners, agencies, or brands to deliver high-quality activations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event delivery
