Job Description
Patient Access Representative role involves greeting and welcoming patients, collecting demographic and financial data, and entering information into electronic medical record. Requires attention to detail, compassion, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience
- 2 to 5 years of revenue cycle experience
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience
- 0 to 2 years of general office experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience using computers including an electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
