Supervisor Facilities Management

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that cares for individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin. This includes supervising day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare codes, safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with project management on initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Provides day-to-day oversight of engineering and facilities functions
• Ensures that preventive maintenance, work orders, and repairs to facilities, systems, and equipment are completed
• Coordinates contracts with outside trades and technical specialists
• Oversees day-to-day staff operations
• Responsible for orientation/training, performance reviews, and on-going performance management
• Assists with financial management
• Participates in quality and safety measures
