Job Description
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Same Day Surgery Center (SDSC) Patient Care Supervisor to join our team. The position is responsible for daily operations of the unit/department, including staff development, performance management, and patient care delivery.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in related field
- Pre/Post/PACU experience
- ER/ICU or other Procedural department experience considered
- Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
- ACLS and PALS Certification Required
- ASPAN Certification required or willing to obtain within 1 year
