Requirements
- Communicate changes to food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff
- Ensure that all local and national health and safety food codes are respected and that the company's safety and security policies are followed
- Support local and national marketing initiatives
- Capable of preparing or assembling the ingredients necessary for standard recipes
- Identify and contact potential customers to promote sales
- Plan special events and promotions
- Organize stock and equipment, order supplies, and supervise maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the office
- Plan and work on budgets, maximize profits, and meet sales targets
- Establish schedules and work procedures
- Recruit new team members, train and improve existing personnel on hygiene and safety procedures
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Deal with customer complaints and requests
- Implement brand promotion and sales campaigns or design their own promotion campaigns
- Prepare reports and other performance analysis documents
- Participate in activities consistent with the company's social responsibility programs
- Prepare work schedules to meet our labor cost objectives and resolve short-term personnel change problems
