Business Development Manager - Additives

Join us as a Business Development Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and drive business development, deliver technical excellence, and build long-term partnerships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7 - 10 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably within coatings technologies (architectural, solvent-borne and/or water-borne systems).
• Proven experience and success in at least two of the following areas: Business development or sales, Technical services or application support, Product development, Operations or business management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Good proficiency in English and local languages; other languages are added advantage!
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and manage cross-functional and cross-BU projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in customer and internal laboratory environments when required.
• Experience working in multicultural and multi-industry environments is a strong advantage.
