Thermal-Fluids Simulation Engineer

Alloy Enterprises is a hardtech startup that enables customers to overcome heat dissipation constraints in high-performance systems with novel, complex metal components. The company is looking for a Thermal-Fluids Simulation Engineer to join its team, requiring experience with Siemens SimCenter, thermal-fluid simulation, and analysis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a relevant field.

Requirements

• Do hand calculations, select appropriate correlation coefficients, and build simple scaling models
• Perform coupled thermo-fluid simulations using CFD software to predict pressure drop and thermal performance
• Provide guidance and input on customer development projects
• Develop and improve best practices around simulation
• Ability to deliver results in a quickly evolving environment, delivering estimates for thermal performance of a design within a few days to accelerate customer-facing projects
