Intern - Thermal Design and Simulation

The Saxonburg IR Engineering team is seeking an intern with interest in thermal engineering, heat transfer modeling, and numerical simulation to support the design and optimization of liquid cold plates for AI datacenter chips.

Requirements

• Mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, or materials science majors
• Experience with thermal simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL, Creo Simulate, or similar)
• Data analysis and programming experience (MATLAB, Python)
• Strong data analysis and organization skills
• US Citizen or permanent resident
