We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist for in vitro screening and pre-clinical development to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will support the execution of in vitro functional cell-based assays to evaluate the potency, mechanism of action, and pharmacological properties of biologic therapeutics.
Requirements
- PhD in Immunology, Cell or Molecular Biology, or a related field
- 0-2 years (Scientist I) or 3-5 years (Scientist II) of relevant industry experience
- Strong background in T cell biology research and functional evaluation in an academic or industry setting
- Experienced in the development and execution of in vitro assays to characterize T cell activation and cytotoxicity
- Flow cytometry and fundamental cell and molecular biology techniques required
- Significant cell culture experience with primary and immortalized cell culture – isolation, handling, expansion and characterization of primary human immune cells
- Experience handling human blood, leukopak processing, and PBMC isolations
