Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist – Translational Medicine, Oligonucleotide Research

Alloy Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist – Translational Medicine, Oligonucleotide Research to drive translational medicine for oligonucleotide drug discovery programs. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline, with 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharma in a translational or DMPK role. The role requires strong project management capabilities, ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, and expertise in oligonucleotide therapeutics.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline
• 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharma in a translational or DMPK role
• Extensive hands-on experience designing and overseeing in vivo PK/PD studies in NHP
• Familiarity with quantitative translational modeling approaches
• Proficiency in bioanalytical methods for oligonucleotide quantification
• Experience with PK/PD data analysis tools
