We're looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Business Development to join our team. You'll be responsible for prospecting and selling across the full Development Lifecycle and guiding clients through the end-to-end journey of trial execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years' proven success in business development within a Clinical Trial environment
- Strong network of contacts within biotech and pharma across Europe
- Consistent record of exceeding sales goals and securing long-term client partnerships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel (30–60%)
