We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Business Development to join our A-team, responsible for prospecting and selling across the full Development Lifecycle, guiding clients through the end-to-end journey of trial execution and positioning Allucent as their trusted CRO partner.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ proven success in business development within a Clinical Trial environment, ideally with strong experience in selling end-to-end clinical trial operations.
- Strong network of contacts within biotech and pharma across Europe.
- Consistent record of exceeding sales goals and securing long-term client partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel (30–60%).
