Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Business Development to join our A-team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and selling across the full Development Lifecycle, guiding clients through the end-to-end journey of trial execution and positioning Allucent as their trusted CRO partner.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ proven success in business development within a Clinical Trial environment
- Strong network of contacts within biotech and pharma across Europe
- Consistent record of exceeding sales goals and securing long-term client partnerships
