Allworth Financial is seeking a Service Associate - Client Support to provide exceptional administrative support to the financial advisory team and ensure a seamless client experience. The role will focus on assisting with day-to-day client service requests, processing transactions, handling client inquiries, and managing account-related documentation.
Requirements
- Serve as an initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to their needs via phone and email.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating client appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Process client requests, including transactions and paperwork, in line with firm policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with custodians and internal teams to resolve client account issues, transfers, and general service requests.
- Support advisors with client-related documentation, ensuring all forms are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Provide notary services for client transactions as required.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and help ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
