High school degree, 1 year experience in manufacturing, good command of English, familiarity with MS Office
Die Technician
1 year experience with polishing, grinding, or utilizing metal finishing tools; basic knowledge of extrusion process
Maintenance Mechanic
Millwright Training Program or equivalent, 5 years’ experience as a Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic, high energy level, creativity, self-confidence, time management and teamwork
Team Lead, Packing/Fabrication
Post-secondary education preferred, Grade 12 mandatory, 3-5 years production experience in an industrial environment
Press Operator
1-2 years experience in an industrial environment, basic computer skills, and ability to lift up-to 50lbs independently
Design and Purchasing Administrator
1-3 years administration experience, 1-2 years' experience in a detail-oriented and fast-paced role, strong command of Microsoft computer applications
Production Associate
High school degree, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and basic technical skills
CNC Set-up Operator
High school diploma, 1-2 years of CNC Set-Up/Machine Operation experience, good team building and motivational skills, and proficiency in English
Maintenance Supervisor
Industrial Trade Certification, 10 years industrial manufacturing experience, 3 years lead hand or supervisor experience
Quality Technician
3 years of experience in quality, with a focus on manufacturing environment and quality certifications
