The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities, directing a diverse team to maintain assets, environmental protection, and operational sustainability.
Requirements
- Industrial Trade Certification
- Minimum 10 years in industrial manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years in a lead hand or supervisor role
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, and production/productivity software
- Familiarity and conformance with legislated requirements of the OHSA
- Post-Secondary Education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is an asset
- Experience with a CMMS software for issuing/tracking work orders and scheduling PM's
- Working knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Fluid Power components, Welding and PLC's
