Associate Product Developer

The Product Development team at ALO is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to support the development of elevated studio to street styles. The ideal candidate will have an apparel background with knowledge of garment construction, product development systems, and calendar management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in apparel product development, preferably in activewear
• Understanding of Seamless &/or Swimwear is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of garment construction, testing protocols and product lifecycle timelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with cross functional teams and oversees vendor partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, (esp. Excel) and PLM systems
• Self-starter, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with appropriate sense of urgency
