Associate Product Developer - Apparel

FAM Brands is a sportswear and active wear apparel manufacturer that designs, manufactures, and sells products to major retailers, big box stores, and specialty boutiques across the country and worldwide. We're seeking an Associate Product Developer to join our team, responsible for internal SME for assigned categories, owned, private label, and licensed brand product development, and collaboration with merchandising, planning, design, and technical design teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product development in the apparel industry.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes, textile sourcing, and product development.
• Familiarity with product development software such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.
