Visual Lead - Yorkdale

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through visual merchandising in collaboration with the Visual Manager. This role involves implementing product presentation, merchandising, sales floor recovery, and supply management, ensuring alignment with company standards and supporting store operations. The role is a full-time position with variable shifts including peak days and weekends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
