Job Description
Alpaca is seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in institutional sales and business development within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development, institutional sales, or account management within financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus), Series 7 preferred.
- Familiarity with financial markets, digital assets, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of fostering lasting partnerships.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and recommend actionable insights.
