We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for accompanying students through their experiences abroad, handling registrations, managing customer files, and providing top-notch service.
Requirements
- Handling registrations through our internal CRM system
- Managing customer files
- Supporting customers before, during, and after their stay
- Invoicing and ensuring customer payment
- Obtaining invoices from partner schools and releasing payments
- Handling special requests and complaints
- Personal consulting of each customer
- Following local and international news
- Perfect knowledge of the entire ESL product and service offer
- Flexibility and availability
- Supporting managers in training
- Supporting the department in achieving its goals
- Participation in special projects or various administrative tasks
- Self-organization and planning of your own work
- Effective communication with customer care department members, sales offices, partner schools, and customers
