Job Description
Alpha Inc. is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to protect and elevate its culture by leading with empathy, solving problems with integrity, and helping employees thrive. This role is boots-on-the-ground, heart-in-the-game work that involves building trust, resolving challenges, and ensuring every employee feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in employee relations or a related HR role
- Strong understanding of employment laws, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and compliance practices
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
