Office Manager (26-27)

Alpha Public Schools is seeking an Office Manager to manage key front office operations and administrative systems, maintain an efficient office and welcoming school environment, and support educators, students, and families in East San Jose. The ideal candidate is passionate about Alpha's mission and vision, and has experience in office management, preferably in a school setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of office experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google applications
• Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred)
