Job Description
AlphaSense is looking for a temporary / contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support significant growth over the next 6 Month. The role involves providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, corresponding with candidates, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Correspond with candidates throughout the entire interview process
- Become a Greenhouse power-user and assist in the management and administration of the system
- Partner closely with the team of coordinators and recruiters to learn and improve upon existing programs and processes
