Customer Service Representative - Eagle

This job is about caring for others and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative role is an entry-level position that requires little or no banking experience, but previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

• Basic mathematical and cash handling skills
• Basic keyboard navigation ability
• Understanding and application of banking compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Outlook and Word)
