We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a CSC, you will drive customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls. You will coordinate the flow of information to and from the Service Department and follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. Performs other duties as required and reports to the Service Manager.
