Customer Service Coordinator

Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to ensure customers achieve desired outcomes while using their products. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate data entry, driving proactive communication, and prioritizing customer needs.

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in similar role
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and able to take initiative without supervision.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and shift priorities as necessary.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Results oriented.
• Capable of making responsible decisions without fear or assuming responsibilities.
