Job Description
As the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive change by providing expertise in HR, working closely with the Regional Manager of Operations and Corporate HR team, to enhance culture, values, people programs, and employee experience. This role executes HR activities for 13 facilities in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, supporting a workforce of 1,500 employees.
Requirements
- Prior multi-location/multi-state experience
- Union relations experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- At least 7 years HR generalist experience with increasing senior-level responsibilities
