As the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive change by providing expertise in HR areas, working closely with the Regional Manager and Corporate HR team to enhance culture, values, people programs, and overall employee experience. The role supports a workforce of 1,500 employees across 13 facilities in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.
Requirements
- Prior multi-location/multi-state experience
- Union relations experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- At least 7 years HR generalist experience with increasing senior-level responsibilities
- Solid computer skills including MS Office
- Experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Experienced in legal compliance with various laws and regulations
