Job Description
The Regional Human Resources Business Partner will drive change by providing expertise in various areas of HR, working closely with the Regional Manager of Operations and the Corporate HR team to enhance culture, values, people programs, and employee experience.
Requirements
- Prior multi-location/multi-state experience
- Union relations experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- At least 7 years HR generalist experience with increasing senior-level responsibilities
- Solid computer skills including MS Office. Experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Experienced in legal compliance with various laws and regulations
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
