Bid Costing Manager

We are looking for a Bid Costing Manager to join our team in Katowice, PL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid team, ensuring bid cost optimizations, and transferring bid phase knowledge to the project execution team. The role requires a degree in Engineering, Financial, Legal, or Business Administration background, or equivalent, and experience in cross-functional bids, adaptability, and technical understanding of complex technical systems and products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the rail industry and a desire to work collaboratively.

Requirements

• Degree in or passion for Engineering, Financial, Legal or Business Administration background or equivalent
• Familiarity with in cross functional bids
• Adaptability and a flair for time and task management and technical understanding of complex technical systems and products
