Bid Manager

Alstom is seeking a full-time Bid Manager in Katowice, Poland. The successful candidate will lead the bid team, manage bid cost optimizations, and ensure effective communication with sub-teams and commercial partners. The role requires a degree in Engineering, Financial, Legal, or Business Administration, or equivalent, and experience in cross-functional bids. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Degree in or passion for Engineering, Financial, Legal or Business Administration background or equivalent
• Familiarity with in cross functional bids
• Adaptability and a flair for time and task management and technical understanding of complex technical systems and products
• Experience or understanding of conflict and crisis management
