Join Alstom as a Team Leader and drive the performance of a workshop, leading a team of approximately 20 colleagues to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and environmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (productivity, mechanics, maintenance, quality) or equivalent through experience
• Experience in an industrial environment, with a first managerial experience appreciated
• Leadership, field sense, rigour, analysis and organisational skills
• Enjoyment of continuous improvement and teamwork
