Alstom is seeking a Production Team Leader to lead a team of 15-25 people in La Rochelle, France. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement projects, ensure quality, safety, and compliance, and motivate a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Experience in an industrial or production environment
- Communication skills and a proximity management posture
- Strong sensitivity to safety, quality, and work organization issues
- Mastery of IT tools and ability to use them efficiently
