Job Description
At Alstom, we are seeking a full-time HR Manager in Belgrade, Serbia to maintain and enhance our human resources by deploying, developing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment
- Generalist HR management experience covering a wide range of HR practices
- Strong influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
- Professional expertise in employment law, payroll, and employee relations
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle conflict with confidence
- Intercultural awareness and a collaborative mindset
