At Alstom, we're looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Warsaw. The role involves developing and improving maintenance technologies, standardizing repair processes, and ensuring the availability of correct special tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in maintenance engineering, industrial engineering, or heavy technical workshops
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, repair technologies, and workshop tooling
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process optimization or method engineering
• Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and operational data
• Understanding of safety requirements, tooling safety, and repair quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Occasional travel availability
