The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the machine park, coordinating works, and developing technical skills of the team. The role involves planning, analysis, and implementation of preventive, corrective, and emergency work, as well as coordination with external services and issuing permits for work. The engineer will also design and implement new technical solutions to optimize efficiency and participate in investment projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the food industry
• Qualified engineer (mechanic, electromechanic, or electrician)
• Good knowledge of English (at least at the B2 level)
• Practical knowledge of TPM systems, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, and HACCP
