Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Engineer - Fitting Methods to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency and quality in production. You will work closely with teams across the business and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Creating and maintaining manufacturing work instructions
- Implementing line balancing and Lean Manufacturing principles
- Managing Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Utilizing CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) for process design
- Ensuring adherence to Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
- Conducting Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies
