We're looking for a Process Engineer (Electrical Lead) to join our team in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA. As a critical member of our team, you'll define and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment for electrical integration production, ensuring alignment with lean manufacturing principles, Alstom industrial policies, and project constraints.
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of process and/or manufacturing engineering in electrical (cubicles/harnesses) manufacturing, crimping process, or tolerancing engineering
- Knowledge of industry standards in a railway environment (e.g., health and safety, ergonomics, quality, lean manufacturing)
- Familiarity with industrial processes and analysis tools/methodologies (e.g., FMEA, QRQC, MTM, line balance)
- Excellent communication skills in French & English
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong presentation abilities
- Familiarity with modeling software (e.g., CATIA, AutoCAD)
- Management and leadership skills to motivate counterparts and lead by example
- Planning and organizational skills to prioritize workloads effectively
