Mechanical Integration Domain Leader

We are looking for a Mechanical Integration Domain Leader to join our team. In this role, you will manage the Mechanical Integration team, promote quality management systems, and work closely with teams across the business to align resources with project needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master of Science preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering applications
• Detailed knowledge of structural design, calculation, and special processes
• General knowledge of train mechanical architecture, interface management, crash, mechanical integration, system engineering, and materials
• Experience in project management (quality, cost, delay)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Bilingual French & English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict management and resolution skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation
• Rigorous, organized, and hands-on approach
