Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- 5 to 10 years in manufacturing process engineering
- Understanding of NPI Stage-Gate processes (APQP is a must)
- Knowledge of general assembly processes, electrical equipment assembly
- Familiarity with design for manufacturing/assembly (DFM/DFA) and GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- A background in lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma tools
- Experience with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Proficiency in quality standards, EHS requirements, and ergonomics
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
