We are looking for a Competitiveness Manager - High Speed Trains to join our team in La Rochelle, FR. As a key player in the development and performance of our mobility solutions, you will be responsible for ensuring the competitiveness of our products and solutions throughout their life cycle.

Requirements

• Experience in the railway industry or a similar sector
• In-depth knowledge of costing activities, engineering, or procurement
• Experience in Design to Cost or cost optimization
• Understanding of internal company processes (bids, projects, engineering, sourcing, etc.)
• Financial and contract knowledge mastery
• Communication skills (presentations, summaries, relationships with contributors)
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
• Collaborative management, leadership, and team work structuring skills
