Requirements

• Presenting financial results and discrepancies to the Board of Directors to guide strategic decisions.
• Supervising a collaborator and instilling a culture of performance and rigor.
• Building the budget and monitoring KPIs in line with site objectives.
• Analyzing monthly activity, general expenses, and operational hypotheses.
• Structuring and optimizing the analytical system (GSI).
• Improving interfaces between departments and implementing effective reporting tools.
• Ensuring the application of the Group's rules and procedures, ensuring compliance and internal control.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement projects.
