Responsable de Production (H/F)

Alstom is seeking a Production Manager to accompany the site's growth and our teams at La Rochelle. The role will involve supervising production to meet quality, timing and cost objectives, ensuring safety, and promoting a culture of development and excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management (+ 5 years)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement progress plans
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
• Autonomy, reactivity and ability to resolve problems in a pragmatic manner
• Proficiency in English, allowing you to work in an international environment
