Akiolis, a leading producer of fats and proteins from animal biomass, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee a team of approximately 40 employees at their site in Saint-Langis-lès-Mortagne, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing production activities, managing the team, ensuring quality, and optimizing production processes.

Requirements

• Manage the production team on a daily basis with benevolence and firmness
• Ensure the safety of people and goods and prevent occupational risks and hygiene
• Develop the skills and motivation of your employees
• Guarantee the quality of finished products
• Optimize the functioning of production lines and monitor performance
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and the QHSE Manager
