As a Robotics Maintenance Technician at Alstom, you will work on maintaining and repairing industrial robots and their supporting systems, and contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across the site.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots and controllers (such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Yaskawa)
- Experience or understanding of PLCs and ladder logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Confidence reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and pneumatic or hydraulic diagrams
- A strong commitment to safety, consistency, and quality in a union manufacturing environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within established processes and agreements
