Requirements

• Experience and understanding of talent acquisition processes, including recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and candidate experience
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, data analytics, and talent acquisition metrics
• Familiarity with the Engineering & Technical sector and/or matrix environments
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• A forward-thinking mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
